Joe, the West Coast Shutters Mirage Screen installer, did an excellent job on our installation. He was very precise in his measurements, knowledgeable and explained every detail. Thank you Lisa for your assistance on this new product!
We had this company do all the blinds in our house a few years ago. Our vertical patio door blind was stuck and wouldn't shut. I called West Coast who said the blinds were under warranty still but that they would charge me a $175 service call fee. That is outrageous, there shouldn't be any fee since the blinds are still under warranty. I called a blind repair guy in Lantzville who said is fee to come would be $55.00! Never use West Coast again! They rip off their clients.
Very knowledgeable and Lisa took the time to address the specifics of my situation even though I didn't end up buying anything due to price. Appreciated her honesty and not trying to pressure me into buying anything.
Road raging in company vehicles isn't a good look.
West Coast Shutter Blinds fixed two of my Cellular Blinds, and did excellent work and Excellent service.
