went in store and they told me they didn’t have the seeds i wanted. so i ordered them to the store. went to pick them up 5 days later and the lady said my order wasn't in the system before i even gave her my order number, then told me they didnt have it, but might have it in store… turns out they had it in store the whole time! nice
Ordered sale.seeds and got $80 worth of essentially expired seeds after a very long wait (too late to plant by the time they came). Not impressed. Last time I make that mistake! Also on more than one occasion I have purchased seed that did not germinate AT ALL. I am done taking my chances with WCS... customer service did not even reply to my email.

I ordered grass seeds for pickup On jul 22. It's August 3 and it's still not ready. I see the owners response that the seeds have been ready for pickup since July 26. I would add that I called on July 25 and was told I would receive a call once the seeds were ready for pickup. I was never called as promised. I will leave the 1 star review as a result.
