Justin provided absolutely top-notch customer service from start to finish. He was attentive to every detail of my design request, making sure it was exactly what I envisioned. His communication was clear, professional, and prompt throughout the entire process. Most impressively, he delivered the finished product right on time for our sergeant’s going away—no small feat on a tight timeline! The final design looked amazing and truly exceeded expectations. The guys at west coast screen printing were great to work with. I had used a different local company for about 8 years for my buisness shirts and hats and they just kept getting more expensive. Called west coast they were extremely helpful and were confident they could beat there prices with a superior product. They gave me input on how to improve the look of my gear as well.
