My daughter saw Rebecca Eley who was approachable, caring and empathetic. She was brilliant with her and the strategies she gave us which we’ve been implementing have worked so well for our daughter. All reception staff we met were lovely too.

I have many complex injuries and constant spasms. I have been seeing mainly by Zaakiyah (before she joined the Paediatric Team) and then the last few months Lisa. Both are absolutely brilliant. Even though they’re OT’s and not physios, they picked up things which many physios (including PhDs) missed. I rate them as follows: Knowledge 10/10, hands-on skills 10/10, commitment 10/10, friendliness 10/10, professionalism 10/10, and receptionists 10/10. Do not waste your time and money on other OT’s, these are the best.
