I went to WCN yearly to get my proof of live certificate like every year stamped for my German pension. In the past they never charged me for it. Any bank, doctor, policemen or priest offering this certification for free. This year they wanted $55 for just the stamp. I think they are $$ money- and not customer service driven. I will not give up until I have my money back. News media is next I will call. To avoid all this and make me remove this review, it’s easy: just give me my money back.
