This is what physio should be, active based program designed not only to take away pain, but to heal the injury and prevent reoccurance. The staff are experts and always so lovely to converse with. Make sure you use this place over any other, your body will thank you down the line.

All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint is they haven't had the cold water working on their water jug I think since maybe 2024 at some point.. If you like cold water while exercising/ rehab like I do. ( especially in the summer ) You will need to bring your own. That has been very disappointing.
