Terrible customer service and bad experience with the store manager. I had baby registry and a call appointment to have the welcome bag. I came 3 times but got nothing. They first said the gifts are out of store and will book with the company. However when I came today they changed the words and said the gifts are no longer available and discontinued. I highly recommend this store to new parents looking for guidance. The selection of products is amazing and the staff there have been very helpful, unlike going to some of big box stores. store is huge and easy to get around with a stroller The Staff were especially helpful in helping me select furniture and explaining differences between the different cribs and mattresses on display. I’m always happy to support Canadian owned businesses over big boxes like Amazon, toys r us, Walmart etc…. Bonus points for lots of parking
Cecil this the man you want to wait on you here at West Coast Kids. He is truly amazing!! He listens, asks questions, he’s so knowledgeable, friendly, and has a great personality. It was busy Sunday and Cecil was already with a customer. He was happy to have us listen in a bit and he acknowledged my daughter and I and said he’d be happy to help us when he was finished with his current customer. Terrible service. If you want to purchase big items purchase it somewhere else. Stroller was defected but refused an exchange or return unless there was a written consent from manufacturer. Manufacturer never had an issue and told me it should be exchanged since it was purchased today but west coast is giving us a headache regarding the exchange
