Terrible customer service. Was getting a small item and all of them looked damaged and covered in dust. When I asked the staff for a new one, she looked really annoyed and told me they were damages because they were hanging on the hook. Her exact words were “they are hanging on the hook, how can they not be damaged”. I am beyond disappointed with my experience. Extremely slow service, there was no one in front of me at the check out line and there were 3 sales associates there and it took more than 15 minutes to check out one item.

I was recently in your store at hillcrest mall, With my daughter looking for a car seat for me to install in my car for my grandson, Karen was friendliest and most helpful sales associate I have experienced in many years. I have nothing but the highest admiration for her and the effort she gave us, she came out to my car and showed me how to install the seat.
