Very unpleasant experience. There were like 6 people working there, and customers were lined up to pay or return. However, only two people were at POS helping checking out. Ended up waiting for 20 mins to purchase a simple toy. Will never go back to this place.
We had a great experience shopping at West Coast Kids in Richmond Hill. A lady named Nassrin helped us a lot. She was so kind and patient and guided us through everything, from baby clothes to furniture and feeding items. She explained everything clearly and helped us choose what we really needed. I had a great experience at West Coast Kids with the support of Sadaf and Rachel. They made purchasing easy as they are all so knowledgeable of products and made the final steps for the transaction very, very easy. They were and are wonderful! As first time parents, we went into WCK a few months ago looking for a stroller/car seat system. Cecil was amazing in helping to explain the different systems/pros/cons etc. We never felt rushed or judged. Today, we retuned to purchase the Nuna Swivv/Pipa system. Thank you Cecil for all your help!
The store is spacious and has a lot of carseats and stroller options on display. Ali, the sales associate was great, friendly & very helpful.
