I met with Ms Ditolla several times and she was helpful and nice. However, it was unfortunate she switched my case over to her partner Cari Schwartz. She never introduced herself except by email very late in the process. She sat like a deer in the headlights at my hearing because the judge was very aggressive and she id nothing. Ms. DiTolla was my Social Security Disability attorney. She is incredibly nice and responsive and she really helped me understand the process. I could tell that she is well-liked in the legal community b/c at my hearing, the Judge and the Judge's staff were very happy to see her. I won my case very quickly. she had submitted a brief on my behalf that outlined all the evidence and the Judge found it persuasive and didn't ask me a lot of questions.
