I left the office shaking and crying. I wanted to add my boyfriend on as a driver and they did not ask for permission to look at his driver's history and did not ask for a signature before doing so....that's completely illegal. Any background check in BC you must ask for permission. They drilled us who my boyfriends employers were (thats not relevant) and spoke in some east indian language the entire time so we couldnt understand what the conversation was about. Three hour wait and still no car. Got shuttled to the main office and still no car. Literally the worst experiences ever and I would never rent from them ever again
Gabriel was amazing. Super welcoming, quick and friendly. Dropping the car off was a breeze, in n out in five minutes. The entire experience was smooth, upon arrival pickup was also quick and easy. The shuttle was there within 5 minutes of our arrival to the airport and we had our car in less than 30 minutes. Definitely recommend, 10/10!
