I booked a car three months in advance at their downtown location through AddCar, which apparently operates together with West Coast Car Rental. Finding them was the first challenge — there’s poor signage, and they do not answer phone calls, making it frustrating to locate them. The experience and the service were excellent! I received a clean car at a great rate, and when I needed to extend my rental, the communication was smooth and effortless. The staff were respectful, professional, and made everything easy. I really appreciated how seamless the whole process was. Highly recommend West Coast Car Rentals!
Awful customer service, reserved a car online, walked for 1 hours to pick up the car and been told that the car is not available anymore and they tried to sell us out double the price other rental.
Worst experience ever, had to wait for 2 hours for a car, staff doesn't know about customer services at all. If they don't have cars they should close this location.we Missed prepaid ferries bcz of them still they didn't even apologies or gave any discount.
