Reasonable price! Nice car. I went to whistler with this car and everything was smooth It was great to rent here!
My experience has been excellent! This is the third time I’ve rented a car from them, and the service has always been outstanding. All the staff are friendly and professional—especially Mohamed Shafraz, who is always there to help with honesty and great customer care. The prices are fair, and the cars are always clean and well-maintained. Thank you to the whole team for your consistent great service!

Shafraz and Iresha were great! I’m very happy with their management team. I’m just visiting Vancouver after a year of being gone and I’ve noticed a huge decline in customer service so after coming here the first time & having such a positive experience, I decided to come back a couple weeks later to rent again. Highly recommend.
Honestly, worst service I’ve ever seen. West Coast Rental Cars is a complete mess and totally unprofessional. They took my payment first without even asking what kind of car I wanted. After that, they suddenly said they only have one car available — the one we didn’t like! When I asked to change it, they just said “no availability.” Then, the car they forced on us had an airbag error — yes, an actual safety issue!
