Although check in was ok, we got an accident and noticed the tires were not suitable for the road (bald tires). That ruined our trip. Then the company kept calling and threatening us. They charged my credit card some high amounts without any notice. They act like a criminal organization.

These guys love to have hidden fees that they won’t tell you about until after you pay to hold the car and insurance, after that you’ll be looking to pay for anywhere from $750-$10,000

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. From check-in to conference staff to housekeeping, staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. We had a beautiful corner room that offered a spacious retreat each evening. We slept great on the comfy beds and pillows. Love the idea of providing slippers! Great help to get around the hotel. The location is perfect _ not too far from the train and within walking distance of many attractions. 👍🏽👍🏽

I had a terrible experience with West Coast Rentals. I booked a car in advance, only to arrive and find that they had no vehicles available at all. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the staff was unhelpful and offered no solutions. It was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, as I was left without transportation and had to scramble to find an alternative at the last minute. I would not recommend West Coast Rentals based on this experience.
