More than 1 hour wait for our car. Very disorganized. Staff won’t give you an update why there is so much waiting and when asked they just get defensive and upset.
Very very bad expérience The car we have réservé was not ready But over than over they chargeur a 2$ per extra km and it’s not on the info on the web site
I like to book a car from west coast very good service the car very new and I love to come back to used it again
