NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS! – This company is horrible! THey are rude and do not give a rats ass about anyone else but them making money. All I wanted was a statement stating I paid my debt but they refused to give it to me. I had to have the company that wanted it call them and conference me in and give my permission!! What a waste of time! I hope these people can sleep at night!!! Jerks!!!

West Coast Adjusters are a greedy collection agency . Call Me, Kay? – Just got a dunner letter at my home address, addressed to SOEUN EM for $506 to WWMG GASTROENTEROLOGY-DEPT. Nobody here by that name. Nobody here even named DOREMI FASO. Don't remember the bill either--my gastro's been fine'o. You didn't include an email address and I'm sure as hell not going to waste time in the middle of my day calling you. WOW never have I been treated like this – I know if I worked somewhere that collected debt and someone called me when they just found out their exwife fraudulantly place things under their SSN but false name, and there was a $4,700 debt i was trying to collect i would try to keep them on the line and not threaten to hang up and then say that i have another call coming in and tell the debtor that either they pay it or im going to hang up, but thats just me. What Customer Service... – One employee from this agency calls me at my home and asks for someone named Donald. No one by that name lives here. She asks, "Do you know Donald?" I tell her no and she says, "You don't have to be rude!" and hangs up on me. What the heck! I didn't call her. I have no overdue debts. I don't need to be treated like this! Go ahead and use this rude agency to collect your debts...karma will ultimately seek equality. What goes around comes around.

Lazy services – I recently made a call to this company asking them kindly to send me a reciept of my passed payments, they told me to send them a stamped envelope and we will send it to you. I have never ever recieved that kind of service which tells me they are cheap and lazy and can't get off there own butt. If they can get millions of dollars from people atleast they can do is send a simple reciept paid.
