I called them about a delinquent hospital bill on my credit report. When I called I was transferred to Billie Jean who was my case manager. She was extremely helpful and cheerful and walked me through the history of my account (I had no idea about it) and when I expressed concern about not knowing what the bill is for, and because they had no further info, sent me all they had on file so I could look at the hospital codes and call my insurance provider.

These are horrible and rude people! They call my work, my mother across state, and my phone number so many times that I had to change the number I've had for 13 years! I have noproblem paying this hospital bill to the hospital, but the bill was from 2005, and I just started getting harrassing calls this year! After the interest has more then doubled the bill! What despicable SOBs – These bastards break every statute and rules of decency in the performance of debt collection. They are rude & abusive. I'm surprised that they don't call around the clock. They sure don't mind calling seven days a week (though only during the hours they should). They were so bad, we told them to contact us only by mail.
