after 25 years as a client I had to find a new firm. I had my sit down appointment and its now nearly 3 weeks later and I cannot get a callback after several attempts and messages left. They recently restructured the office with some retirements and now I find there is no professionalism since I cannot get a simple call back and my return was never processed in the time since my meeting. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Dropped off our paperwork end of February, beginning of March. SUPER EARLY! I called twice to get an update and both times it sounded like she did not want to be bothered. Said she had boxes to get through and that she would update me when she could. Didn’t even ask for my info. Now it’s April 15th and I find out from the IRS that they never filed our taxes. And of course now they’re not picking up calls or answering emails. DONT USE THEM

Awful customer service never returns calls after leaving message after message. always told with a customer. Michael never does as he states, never returns phones calls, has information on desk and does not look past page one. I called numerous times and had t hear and excuse that happened 2 weeks ago. I now have to take the penalty for his bad business. Along with not receiving a call in 2 days like he stated. AWFUL i owe 1900.00 in late fees to the IRS The guy who handles my business taxes lost my information. He also has flip phone was does that tell you.AVOID
