My son went to this KinderCare location from the time he was 1 until he went to Kindergarten. We are now returning for summer break and my step son is joining. I do not have enough great things to say about this place. The staff is absolutely amazing. I feel like I am leaving my kids with family. They are compassionate, understanding, well organized, clean and great at communication. My kids love going here and I feel at ease leaving them in the hands of people I trust so much. Thank you everyone for being so wonderful!
Absolutely phenomenal staff all across the board from the Teachers to the Directors. They go the extra mile, every time. The app having a million updates throughout the day with photos and meals is priceless. The love they received at Kindercare West Chicago is appreciated tremendously. My girls looked forward to school. Thank you ladies!!
If you are thinking of touring this Kinder Care, think twice. I went there for a tour a couple of weeks ago and the place smelled so gross as soon as you enter. The place is not clean at all, the area where kids are at also looked dirty, floors more than anything. There was opened bread outside of the infant room and it looked old and dry. I hope not all Kinder Care locations are this filthy. I left and never looked back. First impression is important and I was not impressed.
I have nothing but absolutely excellent things to say about this facility. Starting with the infant class Miss Tanja is the best, caring, loving, and gentle with the babies. My son enrolled at the age of 6-months. He had been there for two years and all his teachers have become part of both of our lives. Would absolutely recommend this facility.
