Absolutely phenomenal staff all across the board from the Teachers to the Directors. They go the extra mile, every time. The app having a million updates throughout the day with photos and meals is priceless. The love they received at Kindercare West Chicago is appreciated tremendously. My girls looked forward to school. Thank you ladies!!
If you are thinking of touring this Kinder Care, think twice. I went there for a tour a couple of weeks ago and the place smelled so gross as soon as you enter. The place is not clean at all, the area where kids are at also looked dirty, floors more than anything. There was opened bread outside of the infant room and it looked old and dry. I hope not all Kinder Care locations are this filthy. I left and never looked back. First impression is important and I was not impressed.
I have nothing but absolutely excellent things to say about this facility. Starting with the infant class Miss Tanja is the best, caring, loving, and gentle with the babies. My son enrolled at the age of 6-months. He had been there for two years and all his teachers have become part of both of our lives. Would absolutely recommend this facility. The facility is clean, well organized, and creates a safe environment for the children. We're so happy with the care our child receives! The teachers are dedicated and loving, and our son loves going to school every day. The staff is friendly, professional, and always available to answer any questions and concerns.
