I REALLY needed some parts today, and the only shop in the area that had the ones I needed was WCBC. Bill is knowledgeable, friendly, and was willing to make sure with me that I was on the right track. Parts fit perfectly and worked like a charm. Love me a good ol bike shop! Thank you!!
Bill and Bryce went above and beyond to help me find the bike I wanted in my size. I truly appreciate the work they put in to help me and I will be back for future services. I highly recommend this shop and along with their Exton location!
Thanks for stopping roadside Bryce! Talk about a dedicated service team! I got a flat and did not have a spare tube. Bryce saw me on the side of the road, stopped, drove me and my bike back to his shop fixed my tire and I was on my way. THAT is great customer service! *****
Great service. Had some equipment questions and some cycling questions as well. Was able to get what I was looking for(helmet and new shoes) and was educated on some things as well since I am a bit green. Highly recommend going if you need service or new equipment. Bryce was a great help. Will be going back for service in winter.
