Bill and Bryce went above and beyond to help me find the bike I wanted in my size. I truly appreciate the work they put in to help me and I will be back for future services. I highly recommend this shop and along with their Exton location!
Thanks for stopping roadside Bryce! Talk about a dedicated service team! I got a flat and did not have a spare tube. Bryce saw me on the side of the road, stopped, drove me and my bike back to his shop fixed my tire and I was on my way. THAT is great customer service! *****
Great service. Had some equipment questions and some cycling questions as well. Was able to get what I was looking for(helmet and new shoes) and was educated on some things as well since I am a bit green. Highly recommend going if you need service or new equipment. Bryce was a great help. Will be going back for service in winter.
Purchased a new gravel bike from Bryce today. Bryce was helpful, asked me the right questions and was very pleasant. I was there because I had an issue with a brand new bike from another business, it was a bad experience and, then I go see Bryce, he saves the day. He walked me through everything with the bike and gave me a ton of tips for the break-in period with this specific model. I felt so comfortable with this shop, I purchased the life-time service and will be visiting for them for all of my tune-ups and upgrades.
