Very friendly staff, but loan officers never returned my calls, and you either have to set up an appointment or wait for a call that never happens. Frustrating because Iwas never late one a single loan payement. Then when my car was deemed a total loss and they received payment for the payoff they were given instructions on what to do with the title. But instead they sent it to me. I don't know why it's so hard for them to do what they are getting paid for. Probably a good bank for checking or savings but not for auto loans.... read more
