Unfortunately, every time I’ve come to this Publix, the customer service has been disappointing. Some of the employees come across as rude and unwelcoming, and the overall atmosphere just doesn’t match the friendly, welcoming experience I normally associate with Publix. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but each visit seems to leave the same negative impression. I really hope the customer service improves because it makes a huge difference in the overall shopping experience.
