Very bad service, was told to pick my son bike up at 2 after dropping it off at 10am and was told it wasn’t done. Get there today was charged $70 dollars for simple stuff. I will never go back again ever

I tried to find 11 degree sweep mtb handlebars at a dozen other websites and all of them were out of stock or no longer stocked. Then I found them at West Bottoms and I am amazed at their full offerings and well-organized website. I had never heard of them. I think that I have a new favorite go-to supplier on all my equipment. THANK YOU West Bottoms!

Very easy process dropping my bike off for a tune-up. WBB kept me updated via text of the drop-off, starting the work, and completion/ready to pick up.

I was headed to WBB to have maintenance done on my derailleur when my rear inner tube suddenly deflated in the middle of traffic. The staff was all insanely helpful, knowledgeable, methodical as they assisted me and even gave several tips of sound and very useful advice about my bike. A lot of bike shops (in my experience) often are timid or even downright refuse to work on E-Bikes, even for general mechanical issues like mine that are universal to bikes. WBB doesn’t care one bit! Best local bike shop! They've been so helpful, allowing me to test out multiple stems / saddles that they had available and talking me (a complete beginner) through how my road bike should fit and feel. Reasonable prices and never pushy with the sales - they truly want you to get the right things. Will be bringing my bike back for a long time :)
