I’m being so literal when I said I walked into the door, went straight to the counter to ask what type of bike I need ( hybrid type) they directed me to the section I needed to be at, found this beauty and walked out. It all took less than 10 minutes. I had questions as we were checking out and he gave me quick precise answers that were more than informative and was very helpful. Best experience ever. Great customer service. I picked up cycling recently and have been a great resource to have in my neighborhood. Yesterday they went out of their way to help with a chain issue on my bike and really took the time to educate me get me back on the road.
