I called to ask if my grandma was a resident there—someone I haven’t seen in 9 years and am desperately trying to reconnect with. The woman who answered the phone spoke to me with a nasty tone, zero empathy, and acted like I was bothering her. She didn’t even say goodbye—just hung up on me. This was an emotional call for me, and to be treated like that while trying to find my sick grandmother is absolutely disgusting.
