We bought a Smith Brothers sofa from them recently after seeing the same one at Penny Mustard earlier that day. This one had just been placed on the floor and had the exact material we were thinking or ordering from PMustard. But, instead of having to wait 2-3 months for our couch, we bought the floor model here for about $150 less. The delivery also went smoothly a few days later.

We just visited for the first time today, getting ideas for our new house. They have a very nice selection and offer design and customization services. We were impressed and will be going back to get help for our new home.
I went to West Bend Family Furniture to buy barstools for my kitchen counter. I knew I wanted wood barstools but did not even know where to start. Kristi was so helpful and knowledgeable!! She showed me the many styles and types of wood. With her help I settled on a style and two wood types which I was able to take home samples to see what they would look like in my kitchen. I highly recommend them from the staff to the delivery people!!!
