Sadly, Jame started out strongly, installing blinds for us well. However, we needed after sales service and he made several promises to attend to us, but in the end never showed and won’t respond to our texts/calls. Not sure what happened, but this is not reasonable service.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Westbeach Blinds! The customer service was exceptional. The quality is amazing I love every window. Highly recommend them and ask for Ingrid She’s the Best!! Thankyou once again West Beach Blinds I will be a repeat customer. Huge thumbs up 👍

Our consultant, Ingrid, was thorough and knowledgeable. She provided decor, color and product ideas which totally enhanced our home. We are SO happy. Highly recommend!
We recently moved to Vernon and had West Beach in to do the blinds in our home. The lady was so knowledgeable and friendly, we had company come to visit and everyone commented on how stylish and put together our home was. Definitely recommend and ask for the blonde lady! You won’t be disappointed
