The manager of this store frightened my 4 year old child after demanding he give the torch back that we were buying. His exact words were "ill have that " and took the torch of my scared child . My child's father pulled you up on this to which you responded "ITS MY STORE " Which it isnt ! You are a franchise and I went straight to head office and told them the horrific experience and the horrible incident that you did. FIRST OF ALL - DONT EVER APPROACH SOMEONE ELSES CHILD !!! I visited this store to purchase some new tools for work. Within two minutes of entering, the manager/owner approached my 4-year-old son and demanded that he hand over a torch he was holding. He's 4 years old . There was no greeting, no offer of assistance, and no polite request directed to me as his parent. Instead, an adult authority figure confronted my young 4 year old son directly, which frightened him.
