The West Des Moines West Bank Trust Department/Baird Investments team, including Craig, Brooke, Chuck, Amanda and Kellaney, for six years provided ,for our late Mother’s family, five star Trust service to a family who had both a semi complicated Co-Trustee structure and delicate intrafamily dynamics. I would recommend The WB Trust/Baird Investment team to anyone, large or small, who would need trust services.

I was with West Bank for about 20 years. I was with them because of the customer service. In the last four years my personal banker was changed 4 times that I know of without my ever being told. My account was recently closed because the charge for not using my debit card enough took my account down to zero. I was never called or contacted in any way. I contacted them to get it reopened because my SSDI check is auto deposited to this account every month. They showed no concern or willingness to find out why. They offered to ... read more

Does any one else have issues finding a location? When I Google west bank i end up in the middle east. Possibly a name change may be a viable option not to confuse Google.

Garbage. Can’t link my account. Can’t change my password. West Bank is small town garbage. Don’t spend money or use the app outside of business hours. Can’t call anyone. You’ll get text and emails the next day. Completely useless.
