I've been a small business customer with West Bank, working through the Waukee branch since 2014. I have been happy with their services, online banking, and help with SBA loans. We have had a couple of small snags here and there, but nothing to be angry about. Patience prevails.
I have been a West Bank customer for 30yrs now. Their service has always been top notch with personal detail you only get with a smaller bank. I've referred friends and family alike (both personal and business) all having the same great experiences and attention to detail. Living in Waukee, I was thrilled when they opened a location that far West. I look forward to many more years of doing business together!
