The West Banker I spoke with was nice, but I got the impression they were more interested in having me open the account Management was pushing instead of the account I needed. I said no thanks and went to another bank instead.
West Bank Rewards Checking account is OK, but I didn't expect to be signed up for emails I can't unsubscribe from.
I came in tiday to get some quarters on satyrday, like many times before, and told I neede an acount to get change. I have been getting quarters there every other week for 16 months and now I need an account? I would not get an account there if the tellers are only selectively helpful.
