Checked in on Tuesday no housekeeping on Wednesday MUST wait until Thursday to get housekeeping BC that's their rules at this location!! We were never notified of this rule at check-in nor has this rule ever been done at any other Hilton . Zandra said it's bc they are a franchise and can make their own rules! Poor customer service and ineffective communication.
Earlier in the morning is better for traffic, parking and lines.
