I think it is good for the area. (My area).I was raised in Marengo County and I think it is great..My grandparents had to walk off highway 28 to doctor appointments .and grocery shopping.I think it is an great service for the area. If move there I would use this service.
Why are the drivers so rude to certain people?
What a horrible experience I had to be ready at 5:30 am my Appointment were at 11:30 a.m , we been waiting for over six hours then the pick up time were giving after I provided the reference number, I won't ever use this service it a joke.
This transportation company is beyond absurd!! I called this transportation company to schedule an appointment for my uncle who has cancer and the lady KEPT putting me on hold and when she finally got on the phone She was smacking like a horse in our ears.
