rude customer service, no effort to help problem solve, dismissive, unempathetic, impolite on the phone and in person.
I switched from PNC Bank to West-Aircomm about 10 years ago and it was the best decision I could have ever made! My kids now have and account. We have CDs with great interest rates. Now a new credit card with great APR. Best bank I have ever been with. Did I mention the staff is AMAZING??? They know me by name which I love and feel like the truly want me and my business. Feels like home when I walk in there. I'm sad to be moving out of town, I hope I can still keep them when I move!!!!

I'm a member of other FCUs that are within the same shared branch network as West-Aircomm. Being a new resident of the area, I assumed that I would be able to access my money easily. So, I tried to transfer some money to West-Air for a car purchase. Such transfers have worked fine in the past, but not this time. No one in the branch had any explanation as to why this was happening. How can I trust a bank when they say that they can't give me access to my own money?
