Just tried on a tux to rent that they made me pay for before even trying anything on! I decided to take it at first, even though I wasn’t satisfied especially for 200$. I called less than an hour after this and they refuse to give me any type of refund. I even offered to pay the cancellation fee. Just absurd!
Friendly and professional staff. They have an excellent selection and take their time with each individual customer and are very understanding to out of town customers. I recommend them highly. All staff members are compassionate and knowledgeable.
Great service, very accommodating, and quality suits/ tuxedos. The owner and staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Pricing is competitive and you’ll be supporting a small business over online shopping/ corporations.
