I'm updating my review about my purchase that I made in June of this year. So the shoulder pillows have deflect in the 3 months time of receiving these pillows. I have reach out to the company to inform them of my experience of the pillows that I purchased. I haven't received any response to the text. The supposed to go back to it's original form and it now flat I would like to take the time out to thank the company for compensating us on our order.
