Called to establish an ongoing relationship as a new client. Marty Measamer asked how I've been doing my taxes and I explained. He then said you're probably going to go back to doing them yourself after we help you. I was completely shocked at this comment after my first comments were we wanted to establish and ongoing relationship with an accountant...hence why I called! Very unfortunate!
