The facility is always so clean and the staff are so friendly and caring. Great people and feels like family.
A very clean property. Staff and the director always listen to the needs of the residents.
Not a secure facility and the owners do not take any responsibility for a resident walking out a door. My mother in law had a UTI which caused some confusion in addition they gave her the wrong meds. With her confusion she thought they told her to leave, so she did. They now say one of us must stay with her 24/7 or she must leave. They can’t even see the doors from desk and they don’t know who comes and goes- they have no security features. The staff are fabulous, the food and activities are great.
