I've been coming to this location for a few months now as a contractor, so I have no "dog in this fight"—this is purely my honest opinion based on what I see. The Assisted Living and Memory Care (MC) staff are fantastic. They truly know everything about their residents and go above and beyond to provide individualized, loving care. We went from a urine soaked floor upon move in to a resident pushing my Father to a broken hip 4 months later. They knew there was problem and did not separate male dementia residents, which is SOP. You should all be ashamed.
Wesley house looks great from the outside. Took my mom there a couple months ago. She had a beautiful room. Thought it would be a good place for mom. About a week later I got a call about mom. Was told my mom stunk. Was told she was stealing. Was told she needed to be moved to memory care. The place no one w wants to go in that place. Literally lock down.
