Great ALF. Clean facilities and caring staff. I would recommend this facility to loved ones.
Unfortunately I have scheduled two assessments with this community and neither were completed as scheduled. Very saddened as this community came highly recommended.
None of the caregivers that work 6-2 EVER show up for their shift. The "upper authority" don't give a rats ass and for $4000 or more a month you would think this place is ran alot better. And you can't forget about the employees smoking weed and doing drug deals in the parking lot while the residents are sleeping
I considered applying here for work but the turn over is too high and the work conditions are very poor unless you're an agency worker. People are worked to the point of exhaustion and upper mgmt is terrible. They are getting a bad reputation with possible new hires. I'm so disappointed.
