My Wesley Hall sofa is a tight-seat/tight-back. I bought it in the mountains of NC and you can guess where Wesley Hall. Unfortunately, I was told the seat would wrinkle after I bought it (Oh BTW did we mention...?) and it was delivered to my house. This issue is VERY disappointing. I like the sofa, I hate the wrinkles, which "yes" I'm continually smoothing out.

I bought a set of furniture from here took me an hour to decide from their selection the customer service rep was helpful and respectful. The selection and quality of their products are top notch. The prices aren't free but the product matches the cost. I would give them 10 stars for positive service and quality product.

After building 14 homes, I decided to build one last house for myself as my “forever home” So, I wanted to purchase high end furnishing’s. We love our Wesley Hall Pitch Perfect chair! When we needed a new battery we discovered that the retailer where we made our original purchase was out of business so we called the WH home office for help. Without a doubt, we received the best customer service ever — along with a new battery. Connie is a treasure!
