As the owners of a newly opened local Home Care agency, we were thrilled to be invited by Joan for a personal tour of Wesley Bradley Park. We were strung along for two weeks and repeatedly told by Nichole that medication management would not be a problem. That information turned out to be completely inaccurate. This is not truly an assisted living facility and appears to be geared toward private-pay residents, which was not clearly disclosed upfront. The intake information we received was misleading, and had we been told the truth from the beginning, we would not have wasted valuable time during an already stressful situation.
