If I could give Mr. Weseman no rating I would. I was assigned him through Legal Resources. It was to handle a simple step parent adoption. After 9 month Mr. Weseman sent us a letter stating he could no longer represent us because of "personal reasons." However he waited until the day after all of the background checks expired and could no longer be used to send the letter. When he had been sitting on all the information for almost 6 weeks.
