I had to retrieve a bank statement from 20 years ago. With one phone call and a trip to the closest branch, I had it in hand (and they waived the fee). I have banked with them over 20 years. I have bought cars with them. So easy to get a loan. I tell them what car I and I've picked it right up at the Pasadena credit up. No haggling with a sales shark. I have gotten a home loan. They are fast, friendly, and courteous. The Simi is a small office and is super easy to do business with.
