Same as everyone else; ordered 2 moths ago, no delivery, no response to e-mails, to customer service via the website, unanswered phone calls... Don't give them a penny of your money!
WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED I wish I had read all the previous comments before ordering my spare parts. This company is totally unprofessional, and I have now referred the matter to the Retail Ombudsman seeing that they will not wish to communicate with me.
Do not buy anything from this company. They took my order and payment but did not deliver the goods. They failed to return all of my emails and calls. Disgraceful! If I could give no stars I would.
Only reason it is one star is that is as low as allowed to go. Ordered a part and never sent. Contacted them and only got through twice and first time they said it was on its way the second time the guy went off never came back to the phone. They have my money and I have way off getting it back it seems. Do not use this company of their Dolca Gusto spares website.
As with other recent reviews, money taken, no goods, no reply to emails and no answer on the phone. Avoid.
