So this morning at 903 am I went to make a deposit into my business account. I handed the bank Manger my money directly in his hand along with my business bank card he slammed my bank card on the counter, second phase of disrespect was he showed me my receipt and proceeded to place it on the counter .now I wanted to go back and explain the disrespect that took place however a Google review will do
This is not WesBanco Center. It's at 900 Lee St . Down half a block on the right
WesBanco no longer cares about their customers. Time to switch. They just closed all their drive-thrus at 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and there's only two branches available on Saturdays for half day, none of which are in Charleston. Other banks are not doing this
