Working with Jeff at this Wesbanco was the biggest financial mistake of my life. We agreed upon a bridge loan to finance our new house before our former house sold. When I came to sign papers, they switched it to a HELOC loan with completely different terms. I foolishly signed it without realizing. This mistake cost me $7,500+ in interest payments. Opened our bank account here a couple of months ago, & because I also have a trust account which has been complicated for other banks, this manager informed me that he would research the legally correct approach, & promptly got back to me & opened my account(s), thus fully accommodating our particular financial needs.
