Terrible customer service, my wife parked here to go to a doctor’s appointment, then open an account because it’s closer than the one she currently uses. She’s not as familiar with the city as I am because she’s not from here. She went into the bank afterwards to open an account and found out her car was towed. She was so upset she didn’t go inside, she had to pay for an uber to take her to the tow company.
My mom has an account there, she passed and I still have business there. They called me to wish me a Happy birthday 🎂...how sweet.

WESBANCO "The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. The employees seem like they hate the bank, hate their job. Poor bank, I will never go there again, and I do not recommend it. I walked in with a good attitude and greeted everyone happily, but soon no one responded, and they looked at me with their horrible and arrogant faces, as if they hated their job. It's unfortunate because I like the bank, it's nice, but I give it a couple of months at most before they close unless they fire all those inept people."
Worst customer service experience at any Wesbanco I've been to. Manager is rude and unhelpful
