I don't like this bank it all because they let someone take all of my money out of my bank account with asking me about it I called security office on them they are in trouble with security office its government u don't mess with government it all
We started banking with Citizens Bank in Wilmore in 1993. Multiple mergers later, it becomes Wes Banco. Wilmore location/ Ms Nancy was amazing and earned 5 stars. Fast forward, Wilmore, Nich & Harrodsburg Rd locations closes. I had to go in to the bank MULTIPLE (4-5) times to get my name off of kids accounts once they were adults because the system was down, paperwork wasn’t uploaded, was lost, not processed etc fast forward. They closed down the bank branch at krogers that was open to 6pm every Friday now they are only open to 5 and it's on the other side of town. They are always closing early anyways guess it's time to find another bank
Good service, this bank recognizes me when I come in and they everything they can to accommodate my needs.
