I don't like this bank it all because they let someone take all of my money out of my bank account with asking me about it I called security office on them they are in trouble with security office its government u don't mess with government it all
We started banking with Citizens Bank in Wilmore in 1993. Multiple mergers later, it becomes Wes Banco. Wilmore location/ Ms Nancy was amazing and earned 5 stars. Fast forward, Wilmore, Nich & Harrodsburg Rd locations closes. I had to go in to the bank MULTIPLE (4-5) times to get my name off of kids accounts once they were adults because the system was down, paperwork wasn’t uploaded, was lost, not processed etc fast forward.
