We started banking with Citizens Bank in Wilmore in 1993. Multiple mergers later, it becomes Wes Banco. Wilmore location/ Ms Nancy was amazing and earned 5 stars. Fast forward, Wilmore, Nich & Harrodsburg Rd locations closes. I had to go in to the bank MULTIPLE (4-5) times to get my name off of kids accounts once they were adults because the system was down, paperwork wasn’t uploaded, was lost, not processed etc fast forward. They closed down the bank branch at krogers that was open to 6pm every Friday now they are only open to 5 and it's on the other side of town. They are always closing early anyways guess it's time to find another bank
Good service, this bank recognizes me when I come in and they everything they can to accommodate my needs.
I will absolutely be switching banks. This bank notoriously closes early on Fridays. The day that I need them, the day that I actually go to the bank to deposit my check. Guess I'm gonna be finding a new bank. That wants to keep my money. Maybe my new bank won't hold my payroll Check for 24 hours and sometimes 72 hours before I have access to it. Sad too because my employer just offered direct deposit and I'll be updating my info with new bank information. I am sure any other bank would be happy to make money off my money. I... read more
