Don't press 2 when,trying to get a replacement debit card. I've been waiting since Feb 26th for a replacement and still as of March 17th no debit card. Even had a manager call me acting unprofessional saying I complained about him, No I was complaining about the process and staffers not doing there job and the baiting and switching im experienceing,not personal attack on him. James Reed (Wesbano Waldord, MD location) served as my loan officer and I can absolutely state that my experience was far from pleasant. He was polite in the beginning and raved about how I should change from a different loan officer to him because he would ensure that I brought very little funds to settlement. Through out every hiccup, I submitted every document and funds requested of me and did my part as a buyer.
