If they see you multiple times they know you by face and name. This bank is so happy to see you and so very helpful. I have been hacked or screwed up my accounts and they are so very happy to help you. Got my monies back within 2 hours or less. My whole family uses this bank. Can't say any negative thing about this friendly and helpful business

Don't press 2 when,trying to get a replacement debit card. I've been waiting since Feb 26th for a replacement and still as of March 17th no debit card. Even had a manager call me acting unprofessional saying I complained about him, No I was complaining about the process and staffers not doing there job and the baiting and switching im experienceing,not personal attack on him.
