Normally this would be a 5 star rating, but the way my husband & I were both treated today changed that. One of the employees had a really bad attitude when he was literally coming in to do something for me, which was approved to begin with, only to be looked at in disgust. When I called and spoke to this same employee, I was met with the same crap attitude, along with a couple sighs and a "ugh hold on" Not very professional at all. I get we all have bad days, but my husband was very kind and respectful as was I.

Tamara is the most helpful banking center manager I have ever dealt with. So so so helpful. She didn't have to take the time to help with a personal problem me but she did. She was worried about my well-being in the situation and went all in to help me. She So amazing if you have accounts somewhere else you are missing out on her services. Literally the best bank in northern KY is in Bellevue KY. Such an awesome team.
