Spoke to Kathy over the phone trying to find a notary service, she was quick and gave me clear directions and was super super helpful!!!
Normally this would be a 5 star rating, but the way my husband & I were both treated today changed that. One of the employees had a really bad attitude when he was literally coming in to do something for me, which was approved to begin with, only to be looked at in disgust. When I called and spoke to this same employee, I was met with the same crap attitude, along with a couple sighs and a "ugh hold on" Not very professional at all. I get we all have bad days, but my husband was very kind and respectful as was I.
