The manager or asst. manager at Highlander point is the most rude pronoun he / she I have ever dealt with .Should not be in customer service. And let me clarify this does not include the teller ladies. They are very respectful.
The teller machine is 90% of the time not working.
The WesBanco located at Highlander Point in Floyds Knobs has been exceptional to deal with on a recent loan. Friendly staff and communnication and updates on the status of the loan were fantastic. I definately felt they were truly there to help me through the process.
