Easy bank to do business with...
Will charge you obscene overdraft fees monthly even when you were wrongly charged by a third party and will make you jump through hoops to close your account only to keep charging you overdraft fees after you’ve closed your account. This bank is predatory, negligent, and morally bankrupt. Not to mention the interest rate is laughable. Bank elsewhere with a higher APY and no overdraft fees (I like Ally!).
The employees and Tellers here are really nice. They work pretty fast to move people through. I've never had to wait long to be waited on. The lobby is always clean. There's street parking out in front of the bank, or a parking lot out back behind the bank. The ATM, is located out back as well. The least amount that you can withdraw that can be made from the ATM is 20.00. There are 2 drive up windows for your convenience to take care of your banking needs from your car.
