The branch manager is absolute the nicest lady around. Ruth. She is amazing. I hope once this branch shuts down, she runs another here in town.

Customer service is definitely lacking the lobby is no faster than the drive-thru and they don't really care apparently.
Very slow customer service takes too much time for any small transaction Waiting 10 to 15 minutes on drive through
