I would like to share my experience with one of your employees going above and beyond for her customer. On July 29, Sts. Peter & Paul had its annual church picnic. I have been in charge of ordering, counting and depositing the money from the picnic for the past 13 years. This year when we arrived at the bank to make our deposit in the night drop box, the key I had would not open the lock box. We tried everything. It was nearly mid night. My brother banks here and went to get a debit card printed. The lady was rude when he told her he had a funeral to go to and couldnt wait 20 minutes she became extremely nasty with him. He is already struggling with the loss of our aunt and this behavior was unprofessional and uncalled for. I do not recommend using this bank
