I’ve had repeated unpleasant experiences with Carol Humphrey, a teller at WesBanco. She comes across as rude, snappy, dismissive, and unprofessional. Too often, I leave having had to research answers myself or seek help from another teller because my questions aren’t adequately addressed. Simple transactions end up taking far more time than necessary. I believe customers deserve respectful, knowledgeable, and professional service, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience with her.
Ms Carol went above and beyond to help me with my financial situation. If only we had more like her it would be a blessing. She truly is a blessing.
Ms. Bnyonka is the most professional, and courteous teller I've ever encountered. She goes out of her way to explain their products and services. I love banking here. I be in an out.
I have had nothing but great customer service from managers ,Carry & ,Angela, to all the tellers Mia alway’s goes above & beyond . What a wonderful staff.thank you for all the service you provide for us. Thank you all , Mrs Cave .
RUDE!!!! The lady Miracle put me on hold with out asking than was completely rude to me when i called! This was uncalled for and will be moving to another bank with more respect!
